we encountered some issues with the kitchenette. While our room was clean and spacious, the lack of basic kitchen essentials meant we struggled to prepare meals comfortably. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to Zicatela Beach.

The location is excellent, right next to an organic food fair, and the ample green space nearby is perfect for relaxation! The pool is clean and often empty, allowing for peaceful swims! !

The rooms were clean, but the air conditioning left much to be desired. it was ineffective during the warmer days. Expect some noise from nearby traffic during busy hours.

the property had charm, but the charm was certainly overshadowed by the dated furnishings and constant noise from the convenience store blaring music. to top it off, they dared not provide coffee filters, making mornings an absolute chore. i nearly considered leaving a good review, but the lack of basic hospitality really sealed the deal for me.

The pool was refreshing after our beach days. Plus, the location is a short walk from Zicatela Beach and great surf spots. Make sure to check out the local food scene nearby for delicious eats and be ready for some fun nightlife in the area!

Noise from busy traffic is relentless during the day!!! The property could benefit from modernizing dated furnishings and improving the cleanliness standards!!! Kitchen air conditioning is essential during hot temperatures!!!

It was just a great match for a mini-vacation in Puerto Escondido with extraordinarily good value for money. I really enjoyed the quiet oasis vibe, especially the nice swimming pool area after a long day. Bring mosquito repellent for the evenings since they can be quite a nuisance.

The spacious Suite King with Terrace was perfect for our family, and we loved having the pool all to ourselves after a long day exploring. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying a foot massage were definitely highlights of our stay. The only downside was the occasional noise from traffic, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we could easily retreat to quieter areas in the hotel. 😊

The location near Zicatela beach made it easy to explore local eateries like El Cafecito and Punta Brasas. However, the air conditioning in the kitchen needed improvement, as it got quite hot during cooking. Additionally, the beds could use a little more comfort. While the room was clean enough, some furniture appeared dated and could benefit from modernization. Overall, it provided a good balance of relaxation and convenience without feeling too touristy.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi in public areas, outdoor swimming pool, and a bar area. The staff helped me find good exchange rates during my first stay, and I really appreciated that.
